Eric Anderson

Eric purchased Enviro Clean Restore, Insurance Reconstruction Services, and Greenville Kitchens & Bath (Tech Design Build) from his father in the fall of 2016 after 15 years of working in the business. He holds an MBA from Bryant University and a BA from Tufts University. He is widely regarded as an expert on mold, and has served as an expert witness in court cases in RI, CT and MA. He is in demand as a lecturer, and teaches CE courses on mold and mold awareness as well as water damage and restoration. Eric lives on a small farm in Brooklyn, CT with his wife, four children and too many pets. In town,he is active in his community having served recently of the board of education, leads campouts with the Boy Scouts, and coaches youth soccer and basketball. He is an avid skier, cyclist and swimmer and is always looking for ways to improve his golf game. Most recently he's been teaching himself to play the banjo.

Erika Dean

As our Vice President of Operations, Erika oversees all facets of the company from leading production meetings and estimating to managing personnel, implementing Eric's ideas, and driving our vision. Erika has 15+ years experience in property and casualty insurance and restoration. She holds an MBA from Bryant University, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Florida. She is a former Xactimate affiliate trainer and has an Associate in Claims designation from The Institutes, WRT certification by the IICRC and certification as a Lead-Safe Remodeler & Renovator. Away from the office, Erika enjoys time at the beach with her husband and two sons.

Tina Africo

Tina has 25+ years experience in administration and accounting. She enjoys traveling, shopping, reading, and watching movies and live bands.

Ken Gareau

Ken has 30+ years experience in the construction industry, both hands-on carpentry and project management. He will estimate and manage the smallest restoration project to a complete house tear down and rebuild. He enjoys time outdoors, splitting wood, and relaxing with cigars.

Jason Garrepy

Prior to joining the team at Enviro Clean, Jason was licensed and worked in Property & Casualty and Accident & Health Insurance where he developed a real passion for helping people protect what is most important to them. Prior to that he spent 8 years as the Business Development Manager for a well-known tour operator and was able to travel the globe and to inspire others to see the world. In the years prior to his sales career, Jason worked in the construction industry for 11+ years and started his own business. Today, he lives in Charlestown, RI with his wife and two children. He enjoys time outdoors, working on home projects, and most importantly, spending time with his wife and kids.

Laurie Oates

Prior to joining Enviro-Clean, Laurie earned a degree at Bryant University. In the 25+ years she has been with the company, she has developed a strong understanding of the needs of our project managers as well as our clients. Laurie currently oversees office management, accounts payables and bookkeeping, risk management, and human resources. Outside the office, Laurie enjoys cooking, walking and time with her grandchildren.

John Tavares

John has been with Enviro Clean for over 10 years. He has an extensive background and training including: Certified Mold Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Water Restoration Technician, Lead-safe remodeler/renovator, and OSHA certification. A tremendous attitude and work ethic and we all feel John has the most contagious smile on our team. John loves watching and following professional sports.

I've been in restoration for 3 years and demolition for 5 years. I support our customers through tough experiences by providing consistent and transparent communication, so it is understood what we are doing and why. I am the point person to ensure situations are more manageable and less stressful for our customers. On my free time, I enjoy lifting at the gym, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my pups.
Rob McKenna

I have been in the construction/restoration industry for 18 years. I started roofing then moved onto bathroom remodeling and then to restoration. I’ve had many hands-on roles as well as small and large scale project management.
I’ve been in the restoration side for 14 years performing all aspects of mitigation and IAQ. I am Master Water Restorer Certified, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer certified, and Journeyman textile certified through IICRC. I have an ICRA accreditation for infectious disease control, and I hold a State of CT asbestos supervisor certification. When I’m not working, I spend quality time with my wife and 2 kids, 16 chickens, and 2 dogs. I have been a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan for the past 30+ years. I enjoy sports, yardwork, hiking and traveling.

I am new to management. Outside of work, I love to hang out with my guinea pigs, cook, and go for runs with my dog.
I came to Enviro Clean Restore with 3 years prior technician experience in North Carolina. I’m WRT, FSRT, and (soon to be) ASD certified. I love my job and have a real passion for restoration!

Wendi Markley

I am the new Design Consultant at Greenville Kitchen and Tech Design Build. I have been in the industry for 17 years and earned a NKBA formal design education at Mount Ida College. I am also CMKBD certified (Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer). I have always enjoyed working with people and bringing their plans to life! My goal is to use my skills to determine a client’s project goals, prepare final plans, and create a timeline for the project. I am from Dallas, Texas and enjoy long lazy summers, soul food, sweet tea, and Southern hospitality.
